The Pioneer - 2021 Cabernet
"The Pioneer" was our first Cabernet Sauvignon and is handcrafted from some of the best fruit sources in the Napa Valley. It was aged 18 months on new and slightly used French Oak barrels.
Flavor Profile:
Ripe black cherries, fresh cocoa nibs, dried peppers, hand spun caramel, dried fruits, wild blueberries and hints of espresso crescendo into a lingering, silky finish.
