The Instructor
"The Instructor" is the best of the best. It is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and rivals some of the best wines in Napa Valley.
This wine is full-bodied, complex and fruit forward. It is perfectly balanced, extracted and dry and sourced from the best grapes that Coombsville, in Napa has to offer. It is Aged 24 months in brand new French Oak Barrels, proprietor selected. This wine will age tremendously.
This wine is distinguished by rich flavors of ripe plums, black cherries & blackberries, backed by elegant tannins. The lingering finish hints at warm spice, vanilla, licorice, and black pepper with frequent whiffs of leather. Lay this wine down for 10–20 years or drink it now.
A beautifully hand-crafted wine does not happen by accident. It requires passion, dedication and determination. It is a work of art.
The Pioneer
This wine was the first I set out to make. It is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon and grown from two sources in the Napa Valley. It is Aged 18 months on new and slightly used French Oak barrels. This wine will age beautifully.
The first fruit source was hand selected from vine to grape, personally. This came from the heart of Napa Valley, Saint Helena. The other fruit source was a beautiful vineyard, in the highly sought for, Rutherford Bench.
Flavors of ripe black cherries, fresh cocoa nibs, dried peppers, hand spun caramel, dried fruits, wild blueberries and hints of espresso crescendo into a lingering, silky finish. You can choose to lay this wine down for 10–15 years but it is approachable enough to drink now.
A Pioneer is someone who strikes ahead and paves a new path. This is for you pioneers everywhere: Be courageous and keep striking ahead!
The Sister
This epic Phamus blend is reminiscent of my family and pairs well at any occasion. It is comprised of 35% Cabernet Sauvignon, 35% Petite Sirah and 30% Syrah all grown in the Napa Valley. It is Aged 18 months on new and slightly used French Oak barrels. This wine will age beautifully.
Unlike most blends, this wine was made on purpose. Why do we say that? Because we co-fermented these three grape varietals together. After picking the grapes, we held off fermentation until we could have all three varietals together. This unique process, although difficult, adds very robust and rounded tastes.
Flavors of dark roast coffee, fresh peeled vanilla beans, baking spices, crushed pepper and ripe berries merge together as the finish lasts and lasts. You can choose to lay this wine down for 8–12 years but it is approachable enough to drink now.
Good sisters are like treasures. Sisters have been described as a large army. They are valiant protectors, willing supporters, wise sages and gentle caregivers. I am in awe and humbled every day by their love. This is for you sisters: stay your course for you are a precious possession.
The Traveler
This wine is designed with you travelers in mind. It is 100% Chardonnay, grown in the Napa Valley. Distance may separate us for the moment, but you are not forgotten, you are not lost. We keep you close in our minds and hearts.
This wine is one of a kind. We use a very rare method to process this wine. Each year, we save the lees from the year before and age it briefly with the lees from the previous year. This creates a very fluid flavor profile from year to year and adds a bit of history to every sip.
Flavors of honeycomb, oyster shell and a kiss of struck flint gently blend with a memorable bouquet of orange blossoms. This wonderfully balanced Chardonnay is ready to drink now.

The Conqueror
As the name “Conqueror” indicates, this Pinot Noir stands to deliver. When under fire The Conqueror takes courage. This wine is dedicated to the conquerors. Go forth and conquer, defend what you believe and what you know. March to the battle fearless and undeterred. It is 100% Pinot Noir, grown in the Napa Valley.
This Pinot noir has been heralded by many as a truly remarkable Pinot. Although Pinot can seem polarizing, this special wine pleases a wide range of palates.
This dry, red wine exhibits a fruit-forward character, with flavors of strawberry, cherry, and blackberry that soothe the palate. Notable earth-driven layers are also present such as mushroom and leather. Warm spice notes also make their way into the profile in the form of cinnamon, clove, and smokey nuances. This wonderfully balanced Pinot Noir is ready to drink now.
